Training

Our catalogue is a compilation of original subject matters in the fields of management, transformation, and cultural change. You will also find the latest hot topics, such as managerial innovation, the human factor behind cybersecurity, and feedback in manager-managee relations.

There are also core subjects to strengthen the leadership skills of your management teams and managers, including knowing self better for better leadership, managing multicultural teams, and motivating without money.

Over the years, we have designed and facilitated hundreds of training sessions, both in France and abroad, as part of the consultancy services we provide. It is by drawing on this wealth of experience that we have put together these training courses on offer today.

All of the Adviso trainers who lead these sessions practise what they teach. They are passionate about their subject areas, and they love training and helping others put this training into practice. Our teaching method is fundamentally interactive. Participants are given the chance to be in control of their own learning and discuss their own specific cases with a group of their peers.

All the training that is on offer has been designed to be delivered in-house, and of course adapted to your circumstances and to your needs.

We also provide customized training courses from designing the training strategy and engineering the educational approach to facilitating the sessions, mainly in French, English and German.

Developing Customer-Centricity

  • While facing a transformation, a service organization suffered from decreasing customer-satisfaction scores.
  • We helped to assess the root causes and developed a customer-centric behaviors training program that was rolled out in 12 countries, with more than 2,500 participants.
  • This program achieved participants’ highest satisfaction rates, and customer-satisfaction scores ultimately increased. A sister company then hired us to develop a similar program for its own needs.
